Survey of SmartEnCity apartment associations after reconstruction

Dear resident of the house!

The SmartEnCity project in Tartu's smart district is nearing completion.  Eighteen apartment buildings were reconstructed into a near-zero energy building, a smart home system was installed in each apartment, and the apartment buildings received a work of art.  The infrastructure of the city of Tartu was improved - bicycle circulation was built, and fast chargers for electric cars were installed, street lighting was renewed, new gas buses and environmental sensors were purchased.

In connection with the end of the project, we would like to conduct a survey, the aim of which is to find out the satisfaction of the residents of the house with the reconstruction.  We use the results to obtain feedback on SmartEnCity project activities and to evaluate performance.

We would like one answer from each apartment. The survey is confidential and takes about 20 minutes to complete. The survey consists of five thematic blocks: project satisfaction, indoor climate, project involvement, environmental awareness and mobility, and personal issues.

In the online questionnaire, please indicate your unique code, which you will find on the paper questionnaire. Please submit the survey no later than 20.03.2022.

The results are generally published in an anonymous form and are used to assess the effectiveness of the project.

To show our gratitude, we will raffle off various prizes among the participants in the survey (one iPhone 8, five Xiaomi Redmi battery banks, three pairs of Sony wireless headphones from Telia and three Tartu bike sharing 1-year membership cards ). The most active apartment association will receive a surprise prize worth 300 euros. The winners will be notified through direct mail.

We are very grateful for your contribution!
